Training & Support
New franchisees will go through three stages of training, consisting of 98 hours in the classroom and 40 hours on the job learning. Video Courses and Quizes In person at headquarters in Austin, TX 1 week onsite at Franchise Owner’s location. During this time, we cover everything an owner needs to know to be successful, including daily operations, marketing, sales, kitchen and bath design, and job site processes.

What will be the role of the multi-unit operator?
Semi absentee owners will hire a skilled and knowledgeable General Manager to oversee the day-to-day tasks, allowing the owner to oversee the business from a high level. Tasks could include: Overseeing your General Manager, Managing payroll and other high-level admin tasks, Setting and monitoring company metrics and goals, Organizing meetings for company employees, Organizing attendance at public events, Scaling the business.
